I think is awsome and that it is wonderful that there is people like you that help others to get a better life. I feel very frustrated and I don´t know what to do because my dating life is, and has always been awful. I have a disability affecting my arms and legs. I limp when I walk. Since I was little I have a deep complex. When I ´m around nice girls I feel terrible. I am full of fear, I think I´m gonna be rejected, my emotions paralise me, my heart beats so strong, I feel so much shame, I feel I´m not worth it... I can´t apply anything that I learned from your material. You know, I´ve always felt less and never been confortable with who I am. The thing is I am a good person with a lot of qualities. I even won a gold medal in Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games!! but the problem is that deep inside I don´t feel well with myself and this affects my all areas of my life, specially dating. I don´t know if this is going to work for me because my problem is very deep. I really want to find a solution and start being happy...
